Delivery

Edible Health charges a flat rate of £2.50 for standard delivery to any UK address. UK Delivery Terms Place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we will post any order that day, except public holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery although often it arrives quicker. Please note your order will not be shipped until your payment has been approved. Any delay in authorising your payment could affect your expected delivery time. It is important you give us the correct delivery address as we will not be able to change the delivery address once you have placed your order.

Returns

We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order, but if you want to return any of it, we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. These exclude the following: • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) • medicines • items personalized for you • sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipping confirmation email.
