What day will you dispatch my goodies? We're on a mission to dispatch orders every weekday, excluding public holidays. Place your order before 1pm and we'll have it zooming out the door the same day. Orders placed after 1pm? No worries, they'll embark on their journey the next working day. Please note, if there's a flurry of orders all at once, our dispatch aim will be up to 3 working days. Take a look at your choices: * Tracked 24 - Aim 1 Working Day * Tracked 48 - Aim 2 Working Day But a friendly reminder, the delivery options are just aims not guarantees, therefore it can arrive after the aim. The aims begin once your order has been dispatched.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
