Apply the lip scrub on the lip where it needs smooth and moisturizer. *when using new products, a patch test is recommended before use.

Marketplace Delivery/Returns

Delivery

Orders placed before 4 pm / 16:00 will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 4:01 pm / 16:01 will usually be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed between Friday evening and on Saturday and Sunday are being packed during the weekend, however, they will be collected by Royal Mail on Monday (or the next working day). Orders placed on the bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. We will supply free samples with every order. All Parcels are delivered through the Royal Mail Tracked service.

Returns

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
