Please request a return address from us by using the return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email or by emailing info@soinvogue.com In your return, please be sure to include either your packing slip, or a note with your name and order number. Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
