Features

- Rice bran oil one of the milder vegetable oils. Ideal for delicate, sensitive, allergy-prone skin - helps to soothe rashes, rosacea, eczema, itching, any irritation or redness. - Sweet almond oil reduces the leaching of lipids from the stratum corneum during washing and helps regenerate the epidermal barrier. Suitable for all skin types - Cottonseed oil has a soothing effect and stimulates the epidermal regeneration process. Dedicated to irritated, dry skin. - Camellia oil rich in vitamins A, B, C, E and polyphenols. Helps to maintain the skin's hydration level. - Squalane from sugar cane very light, odourless, hypoallergenic. Product Uses

Hydrophilic oils can be used in several ways - but remember - the right way in cleansing is the one that serves and meets your individual needs. *On dry skin (recommended method for heavy make-up, for all skin types - beware with active acne, as discussed below): Shake before use. Scoop an appropriate amount of oil into dry palm, spread lightly. Apply to dry face and massage gently in smooth, circular motions. Use a longer, more intensive massage on areas that are more likely to accumulate impurities (e.g. nose wings, eyebrows, eyelids, lips) to help dissolve impurities. Then, moisten your hands (or a cloth/cosmetic pad) with warm water and place them on your face, moving the impurities from the inside to the outside of your face. Rinse your hands (or cloth) and repeat until your skin is clean. Finally, rinse your face with slightly cooler water - this will help to close your pores and make your skin more supple and fresh. *On damp skin (recommended method for delicate make-up and dry, sensitive skin - caution with active acne, more on this below): Wet your hands and/or face with warm water. Shake the oil before use, then scoop an appropriate amount of oil into your hands, spread and apply to your face. Gently massage in smooth, circular motions until impurities are dissolved. Rinse hands and rinse face with warm water (you can also use a soft cloth or towel), working from the inside to the outside of the face. Finally, rinse your face with cooler water and apply your favourite oil or cream (you can spray your skin with a hydrolate of your choice beforehand). *Eye make-up remover: Shake the oil before use. Scoop one or two pumps of the oil onto a dampened cotton pad or clean cloth/towel. Massage gently to form an emulsion. Apply the cotton pad/cloth to the closed eyelid, wait a few seconds (to allow the oils to dissolve eye make-up) and use a gentle sweeping/outward motion to pick up dirt. Rinse the pad/cloth thoroughly and repeat until the area around the eye (lashes, lower and upper eyelids) is clean. If the oil gets into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with warm water. Caution - may dissolve eyelash glue - do not use with lashes glued on. *Skin with active acne: You can use both of the above cleansing methods, but avoid prolonged and intense facial massage. You can also use the two-step facial cleansing (below). If you are carrying out a concomitant drug treatment, consult your doctor as to whether the product is compatible with the preparations you are using. *Two-step cleansing: Use the oil as the 1st step of a two-step cleansing. Shake before use. Take an appropriate amount of oil and spread lightly in dry hands. Apply to dry face, massaging lightly in circular motions. Then moisten your hands (or a cloth/handkerchief) and gently, without rubbing your skin too hard, pick up any impurities dissolved by the oil from your face. Repeat 2-3 times, each time rinsing your hands (or cloth) of impurities. Then move on to step 2 of cleansing and use a water-based product - a foam (Apricot) or facial cleansing gel, to wash away any residue from step 1. Attention: Massage gently and slowly (allow the oil to gradually dissolve make-up and dirt), and do not rub your skin vigorously when collecting the oil from your face (using your hands or a washcloth). Intense rubbing can cause facial skin irritation. If dirt remains on the skin after using hydrophilic oil, rinse the skin again or use a water-based product to wash away the residue.
