Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. As we process all our orders promptly, if you have placed an order and realise you need to either change or cancel it, please raise a return request via your Superdrug online account or shipment confirmation email as soon as possible, so that we can deal with your request. After notifying us, we will request that the item be returned to us within 7 days using the instructions enclosed with your order. When you contact us, we will send you a FREEPOST returns address for the item. All you will need to do is print the label we send you, repackage the order in its original packaging and post it at your nearest Post Office. We strongly recommend you request a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office counter.
