Product Uses
Adjust the frequency of use according to your own needs. However, due to the really highly concentrated formula, when using for the day, just apply an amount the size of a pin head. Apply a thicker layer at night (as a turbo-nourishing, emollient lip mask) or in autumn and winter, as Honey protects lips from the cold and wind. For the day: spread a small amount evenly over the lips and massage in thoroughly. Apply another thin layer as needed. Apply regularly. At night: Apply as for the day, or apply a thicker layer as a nourishing lip mask. PS: You can also apply to any other dry areas - such as the cuticles around your nails or the wings of a congested nose. Note: Applying too much balm may cause the product to turn white on the lips. This is not a defect in the product.

Standard UK Delivery costs £3.99, with free shipping on orders over £45. Orders placed by 1:00 PM are processed the same day and typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods such as holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us after checking your address and neighbours. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and record a video while unboxing. We need images of the damage and label to assist with a claim. To qualify for a return, items must be: Unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. The product’s security seals must be intact. Breaking these seals means the product cannot be returned.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
