DELIVERY INFORMATION For Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) and Express Shipping (DPD Next Day), orders must be placed by 12noon Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after midday will be despatched the following working day, excluding Public Holidays. We offer Standard or Express delivery for UK mainland customers only.

Any orders placed after midday will be despatched the following working day, excluding Public Holidays. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for orders not received due to incorrect postal address being given. We hope you'll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: - perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) - medicines - items personalised for you - sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. After notifying us, we will request that the item be returned to us within 7 days using the instructions enclosed with your order. When you contact us, we will send you a FREEPOST returns address for the item. All you will need to do is print the label we send you, repackage the order in its original packaging and post it at your nearest Post Office. We strongly recommend you request a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office counter.
