We offer a choice of delivery methods. Our standard delivery is FREE when you spend over £10 which can take up to 5 working days and is sent via Royal Mail tracked. Our express delivery is extra and will arrive within 48 hours. All of our items are sent tracked for your piece of mind. Please note that we are closed for Christmas holidays between 24/12/22 until the 2/2/2023 inclusive. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched on January 3rd. Thank you for shopping with us.

We hope you'll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) medicines items personalised for you sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
