Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm (UK time) will be dispatched the next working day.

Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept items that may have been used or opened. The cost of returning the item is payable by the customer unless being returned due to our negligence.
