Howea forsteriana thrives in indirect light, avoiding direct sunlight. Opt for well-draining soil and water when the top inch is dry. Maintain humidity levels by misting the leaves or using a water tray. With attentive care, it brings tranquility and tropical beauty to your space.

Your leafy friend might have had a bumpy journey with its courier. Gently remove the packaging on a easy to clean surface, being mindful not to pull too hard. Any spilt soil? Don't worry, this can be placed straight back into the pot.

Hydrate Me:
After a long trip, your plant is probably thirsty, so let's quench its thirst. Place the pot in a bowl of water to let it soak. If your plant looks a bit droopy; this hydration will perk it right up.
Remember, a happy plant starts with a hearty gulp of H20.

Light 'n' Bright:
Find a cosy spot where your plant can bask in indirect sunlight. Most plants thrive in bright, filtered light. Too much direct sun can be like stepping out of a dark room into midday sunshine, so, research your plant's needs and let it acclimatise gradually.

Chill 'n' Thrive:
Now that your plant has hydrated, let it relax. It may take a week or so to adjust to its new environment. During this time, keep an eye on it but avoid the urge to over-care. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is give it a little space to settle in.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Authorised returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Unhealthy Plants: If your plant arrives in poor health, please notify us within 48 hours with detailed photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Non-Eligible Returns: Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for plants if you change your mind after purchase. Improper Care: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for plants that have been damaged or become unhealthy due to improper care after they have been received. Extended Delays in Reporting Issues: Any issues reported beyond the 48-hour window from delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds. Include your order number, photos of the plant(s), and a detailed description of the issue. Approval Process: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Return Shipping: If a return is authorised, we will provide instructions for safely packaging and shipping the plant back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect plant). Refunds and Replacements: Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Replacements: If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the new plant(s) to you at no additional cost once your return is received and processed.
