At LaRoc we understand that when you place an order you want your goods to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss. So whenever an order is received by us (Monday to Friday before 3pm) we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. We dispatch all items via Royal Mail or Hermes depending on the item and service selected at checkout, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. Whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 15 days. Unfortunately once Royal Mail collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you. If you require an item to arrive with you quickly we would recommend that you choose a guaranteed next working day delivery service, but please ensure you place your order before 3pm for same day dispatch and that you are available the next working day to sign for your delivery (please note our next day couriers do not work Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order, but if you want to return any of it, we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. These exclude the following: • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) • medicines • items personalized for you • sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
