Do not use after the expiry date printed on the carton.
Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original package. Keep blister in the outer carton to protect from light.

Directions for Use
This product is designed to be chewed using a certain technique for a period of about 30 minutes.

Chew one piece of gum in situations when you are strongly tempted to smoke.
Do not use more than 15 pieces of gum a day.
Users should not eat or drink while a gum is in the mouth.
