It is made from 100% soft medical grade silicone which means it holds three times as much as a tampon, making it great for a heavy flow and night-time use as well as lighter days. As the Luna cup has no string, it can be used when swimming, exercising and travelling, always making it discreet. It is environmentally friendly and an economical alternative to tampons and sanitary towels as it generates less waste. It collects rather than absorbs your menstrual fluid, meaning it won’t disturb your vagina’s delicate pH.

Product Uses
Wash your hands thoroughly. Tightly fold the Luna cup in half, with the rim facing up. Insert the cup into your vagina like you would a tampon without an applicator and it should sit lower than a tampon would. You will need to gently remove, empty and rinse out your Luna cup every 4-8 hours depending on the flow. Size A is recommended for people under the age of 30 who have not given birth vaginally
