Energizing & Stimulating. Used in massage for to help calm nerves and ease the stomach. May be helpful in combating mental fatigue.
Features
Cardomom Essential Oil is often known to be a stimulating oil that is well regarded for its ability to calm an upset tummy. Try blending 10 drops of the oil with 4 teaspoons of your favourite carrier oil and gently massage in to the abdomen. Alternatively you can add a few drops to a tablespoon of milk or Amphora Plain Bath Oil in a nice warm bath. When vaporised or burned Cardomom has a lovely effect in calming nervous tension and its stimulating and uplifting properties can combat mental fatigue.
Warning or Restrictions
Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.

Returns
