Tips and Advice
Simply remove the white cap from the bottom. Our non drip valve means the shampoo will stay in the bottle until you give it a squeeze. Do not remove the coloured cap. Wet your dog with tepid water, apply shampoo in a line along dog’s spine, lather the shampoo ensuring full body coverage, rinse with tepid water.
Marketplace Delivery/Returns
Delivery
Delivery is by Royal Mail untracked 48hrs, orders before 2pm will be pick and posted on the same day. Orders after 2pm will be sent the next day. All items are sent from our 3PL partner the Storage Place in Gateshead.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
