Directions:
1. If you wear contact lenses, carefully remove and store them before applying the eyelash serum.
2. Gently cleanse your eyelids and remove any make-up with a water-based cleanser. Avoid oil-based products, as they can leave a film on the skin and create a barrier that prevents the active ingredients in the BEAUTICAL Eyelash Enhancing Serum from reaching the hair follicle.
3. On dry skin, apply a thin layer of the serum to the base of the upper lash line, starting at the inner corner of the eye and working outwards (like you would do with an eyeliner).
