Product Uses
Apply a small amount of the serum, the size of the tip of a spatula, to the cleansed skin under the eyes (including the upper eyelid), then gently pat in with your fingertips while massaging. Apply morning and evening. Due to the high concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid, a slight burning sensation may occur. Before using the serum for the first time, perform a skin test to rule out an allergy to any ingredient.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us after checking your address and neighbours. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and record a video while unboxing. We need images of the damage and label to assist with a claim. To qualify for a return, items must be: Unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. The product’s security seals must be intact. Breaking these seals means the product cannot be returned.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
